Building Leaders

The Leadership Equation…C+C=E

Competence + Confidence equals excellence

At Think Good, we support nonprofit leaders in building leadership capacity by focusing on competence and confidence

We specialize in creating opportunities for nonprofit leaders to develop their skills, knowledge, and abilities, empowering them to lead and inspire others effectively.

We also recognize that lacking confidence may lead leaders to question their abilities to lead. Imposter syndrome can be common in the nonprofit realm as many of us (myself included) often find ourselves promoted beyond our comfort zones.

We may experience feelings of disempowerment, anxiety, and the fear of being exposed for not having all the answers.

Our programs embody the notion that effective leadership requires both competence and confidence.

This process encompasses training, mentoring, coaching, and offering experiences that empower leaders to cultivate and enhance their confidence and competence in leadership roles.

“...Imposter syndrome is an inferiority complex. Humility is a commitment to seeing yourself as complex. It’s about having self-awareness, not lacking self-confidence. The foundation of humility is accepting that you always have room for growth.”
