I get it, sometimes getting started with the storytelling process can be a real challenge. Doubts and obstacles can creep in, making it hard to take that first step. Trust me, I've been there. Sharing my story on the Think Courageously Podcast was a vulnerable and overwhelming experience. And now, as I work on my own book about Living Courageously, those limiting beliefs and self-doubts keep popping up.
That's why four year’s ago I reached out for help with unpacking my story, and I found an incredible storytelling coach named April Adams Petruis. April has over 25 years of experience as a TV journalist, video producer, writer, and speaker. She knows the value of stories and, more importantly, how to help YOU uncover the story within.
April's philosophy is simple yet profound: if you're feeling stuck, it means the story still has power over you. We want to help you release yourself from those limiting beliefs and set your story free.
That's why I'm thrilled to announce a special event called "The Baggage Claim Experience: Unpacking Your Story," happening on August 1, 2023, at the enchanting Wilbur Mansion in Bethlehem, PA. This exclusive VIP program is designed for a small group of only 8 participants, creating an intimate and safe space for you to work on your storytelling.
During this experience, April will share her storytelling techniques that perfectly align with the work we do in the Think Courageously community. You'll have an "accountability buddy" to support you along the way, and there will be plenty of opportunities for personal reflection and small group conversations.
